Rage Against The Machine

I touched base not too long ago and took a shower in a scurry. Technically i was out since morning. After school i went home straight and ignored all the remaining classes. Screw that institution man. I hate that wretched place. In fifteen minutes i was out again with my laptop till now. The battery went flat on me. The same can be said about my Motorola and I-pod Nano. Such rotten luck. I should channel in more effort in charging them often. My week had been super exhausting and the weather was so not helping. Thank God the holidays are here. I could do some sleep. I got so burned out that i left the bathroom without wearing anything. Sometimes i fascinates myself. Time to wrap things up now. I am turning in for the night. I have practical at Bukit Batok Driving Centre later in the afternoon. Good night and sweet dreams.

Work Hard Play Harder

Business Fundamental continual assessment today was a killer. My incompetence in dealing with the script was clearly predictable. Seven gruesome units to cover and the test was only an hour long comprising of ten multiple choice questions and four structured ones amounting to thirty percent. I did not even flipped a page and was absent for lessons most of the time. I did my mathematics and realised that it would be futile to bone in at the eleventh hour. Subconsciously i was prepared to flunk. Perhaps i could seek solace in the fact that the paper was not as arduous as i had expected. The first section was a walk in the park but crunch time soon sets in. My complacency scored a distinction. I made careless mistakes and was the second to leave the room, without checking. Did i mention i was late in the first place? For icing on the cake i left a question blank without attempting it only to realise after submission that i knew the answer all along. This has to be my worst performance ever. I pledged not to allow this defeat daunt me. I will strive to work harder after the term break which commences Saturday. I am unofficially proclaiming a day earlier for myself by not attending campus later. I am simply through with school for now.

Morning Singapore

Three more minutes to a scorching Tuesday afternoon. Gazing outside beyond the frosted windowpanes sends a foreboding feeling of pure perspiration and utter dejection. The trees barely sways similar to the maples in the middle of a blistering summer spell. I just got up not too long ago. Still feeling narcoleptic and determined to skip campus today although there is a test. I had my continual assessment yesterday and was not prepared at all. I slept way past midnight but definitely was not studying. I was catching up with friends on the internet and finishing up some household chores till three in the morning. However the test was a breeze except for some honest mistakes i took no guilt over. As you can anticipate i am very exhausted right now but no Shahren is just going to slump in this crib of his. I am leaving this very spot to integrate with the great outdoors. Off to the showers.

Good To Be Back

Ahhh... Here i am back to blogging again. Gosh these rusty gears screams attention. After an unsuspecting hiatus i decided to get my fingers prancing on the keyboard once more. It had been approximately eight enduring months since the unexpected closure of shahren.blogspot and donkey years since ashary.blogspot. The reason why we fall is to learn and pick ourselves up. I braved the storm and did just that still standing on my own two feet. Many have wondered and enquired why i concluded my previous blogs abruptly as my passion for writing was quite apparent. To my better judgment and absolute discretion i simply grinned ambiguously. My apologies nonetheless. Alright enough said. What matters now is i am back in business for the entertainment of all you nosey pokers out there. Hahaha. I love you all but i love myself more. Have a good day. Life is short, play hard people!
