Work Hard Play Harder

Business Fundamental continual assessment today was a killer. My incompetence in dealing with the script was clearly predictable. Seven gruesome units to cover and the test was only an hour long comprising of ten multiple choice questions and four structured ones amounting to thirty percent. I did not even flipped a page and was absent for lessons most of the time. I did my mathematics and realised that it would be futile to bone in at the eleventh hour. Subconsciously i was prepared to flunk. Perhaps i could seek solace in the fact that the paper was not as arduous as i had expected. The first section was a walk in the park but crunch time soon sets in. My complacency scored a distinction. I made careless mistakes and was the second to leave the room, without checking. Did i mention i was late in the first place? For icing on the cake i left a question blank without attempting it only to realise after submission that i knew the answer all along. This has to be my worst performance ever. I pledged not to allow this defeat daunt me. I will strive to work harder after the term break which commences Saturday. I am unofficially proclaiming a day earlier for myself by not attending campus later. I am simply through with school for now.
