Head On

The visor to my helmet is broken and damaged beyond repair all thanks to the fall. I am unable to reattach it back to its orignal position. I can buy a new helmet or visor today but it is a bad idea. I will not be riding much till that Aprilia has my name christened in the ownership certificate. Only then will it be appropriate to warrant myself the authority to buy a black full face helmet for protection and design purposes. It is going to be expensive but a cost worth every penny. My head is not expandable. In the meantime i had just re-designed my helmet by removing some old and sickly stickers and pasting new ones bought from Kelantan Lane along Jalan Besar. Frankly i am not in favour of my creativity this time but it is not horrendous either. It just looks bad-assed that screams attention and besides this helmet will be worn by the pillion. Not me the rider. The rider deserves something better. But i shall give credit when due. This helmet had come a long way and had served its purpose. It bears sentimental values.

PS: I was out with Sharill yesterday when the rain poured hard on us at five in the morning. I was soaked to the skin and cold. Sharill was drenched all the way back to Yishun but we survived the ordeal. I am not sure if that jacket helped. It really hurts the eyes when the visor is not on a helmet. Felt like pellets or pebbles. Definitely dangerous. I can barely open my eyes without risking slipping my contact lenses. My vision was down to zero.
